Rubrics, from the Latin for red notes, are guides in the Book of Common Prayer. However, these “red letter guides” are now more often associated with guides for research papers and other written and oral presentations as part of formal education. In our context, these are both guides and standards by which one is evaluated. All of my teaching is now conducted online. This is a recognition of pedagogical trends and, in my case, the reality of chronic disease! We trust these will be useful to you and to other educators who might desire to consult or use these for their own.
